Romano Interior Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Architect / Designer to join our London-based team. This is a full-time role ideal for a technically strong designer with over 5 years’ experience in luxury residential and hospitality interiors. We work on international projects requiring the highest standards in design, detail, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop design concepts and prepare detailed presentations with moodboards and 3D visuals, , photoshop renderings, CAD drawings, image research, material selections, FF&E selections, and other job-related duties as assigned

- Produce comprehensive drawing packages for tender and construction (layouts, joinery, RCPs, etc).

- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure on-site execution aligns with design intent.

- Attend site visits, assist with FF&E coordination and manage client presentations.

- Maintain project documentation and uphold studio standards and best practices throughout the process.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury interior architecture and design. Experience in Middle east desirable.

- Strong technical knowledge and experience preparing full construction documentation packages.

- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks. BIM familiarity is a plus.

- Joinery detailing experience essential. (Please show in portfolio technical examples)

- Excellent spoken and written English is required.

-Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian needed.

- Confident communicator, highly organised, and detail-oriented with a refined design sensibility.

- Understanding of luxury and eclectic design languages, and comfortable adapting to a variety of client briefs.
